1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WMap ('the Application'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

WMap is provided as a local-first application to help users visualize their personal photo journeys. You are solely responsible for the content (photos, data) you load into the Application.

3. User Generated Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

If you utilize the 'Shared Journey' or public mapping features, you are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or creating content that is obscene, violent, bullying, or otherwise inappropriate. WMTAN enforces a Zero-Tolerance Policy. Any violation will result in immediate termination.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Because WMap operates with a local-first architecture, all processing occurs on your device. We do not host, store, or transmit your individual photo files or EXIF data to our servers unless explicitly shared via our secure journey-sharing feature.

5. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the developers or WMTAN be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
